The area is served by Falls Church City Public Schools as well as several private schools.

Nearby institutions of higher education include American University, the Catholic University of America, Gallaudet University, George Washington University, Georgetown University, Howard University, Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, the Corcoran College of Art and Design, and the University of the District of Columbia.
