Ob Hospitalist Group is currently seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN hospitalist who will also serve as Team Lead for this location. As part of the OBHG clinical leadership team, a Team Lead embraces a threefold focus on clinical operations: (1) Program operations to ensure quality care is delivered, (2) Building and maintaining relationships as part of a spirit of service to others, and (3) Financial stewardship to ensure the longevity of the program. This position reports to a Medical Director of Operations and will collaborate with the MDO to ensure the clinical team is delivering a quality program that achieves both OBHG and the hospital clinical and operational objectives.
The team lead is expected to work at least five hospitalist shifts each 28 day period during their employment as team lead. The team lead is also expected to travel to the hospital as needed to address hospital and hospitalist operational priorities. This travel will include dates when the team lead is not working a clinical shift.
