Atlantis is located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and was built in 1959. Originally a ranch named Mulberry Farms, the 834-acre area is now a gated country club community. The town is home to approximately 2,100 residents and Palm Beach County has than 1.3 million residents. Forty-three percent of Atlantis is devoted to open space and recreation. The local economy is driven by healthcare and recreation. The town is served by the Palm Beach County Park airport.
