The hospital is a 186-bed facility that has served the Apple Valley community since 1956. The hospital offers traditional maternity services, as well as a mother-baby assessment clinic after childbirth. Its medical staff is comprised of more than 300 physicians and the hospital is home to the only level II neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in the region.
Apple Valley is located in the heart of Victor Valley in San Bernardino County, California. At an elevation of 3,000 feet, the area is known as the "High Desert," with beautiful landscapes and sunsets. Apple Valley is conveniently located 95 miles northeast of the Los Angeles metropolitan area, 140 miles north of San Diego and 185 miles south of Las Vegas.

As an OBHG hospitalist, you are the in-house expert whose advanced clinical skill and ability to handle any OB emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction.
You will work closely with local OB/GYNs to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician, every time.
