The Opportunity

Ob Hospitalist Group Site Directors perform an important dual clinical/professional role: ensuring their program is achieving clinical and operational objectives and guiding the hospitalist team.

Part of the OBHG leadership team, the site director reports to the Medical Director of Operations, and collaborates with the MDO to deliver excellent care, build and maintain relationships and oversee the program’s financial health.

Responsibilities include working five or more Hospitalist shifts each month, and traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed.

Hospital Information

St. Charles Hospital is a non-profit acute care facility that has served the residents of the Three Village area of Long Island for more than 110 years. A member of Catholic Health Services of LI, the healing ministry of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, the hospital currently performs about 1,700 annual deliveries.

It offers 24-hour anesthesia coverage, dedicated obstetrical anesthesiologists and spinal/epidural analgesia for labor and c-sections. Women and families receive high tech yet personalized care, with labor, delivery and recovery in one room.
