"The second night after OBHG started, a woman came in with an abruption and needed a stat C-section surgery. The OBHG physician got her into surgery within 16 minutes vs. the standard of 30 minutes. This probably averted a disaster and went a long way in confirming our decision with the nurses and local groups."

Seeking Passionate, Service-Oriented Practitioners

As the nation’s largest OB/GYN hospitalist provider, we are constantly partnering with new hospitals. With growth comes a demand for highly skilled, passionate clinicians who share our dedication to women’s healthcare.

If that describes you, we welcome you to learn more about Ob Hospitalist Group clinician employment and view our active and developing programs across the U.S.

In 2006, Dr. Chris Swain created OBHG with a vision of a laborist model that was much more comprehensive than was available at the time. Our mission is to elevate the standard of women’s healthcare by providing in-house OB/GYN clinician support to our partner hospitals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our skilled hospitalists are the cornerstone of this mission.
