Don Toatley, MD,
Medical Director of Operations

Dr. Don Toatley became a Medical Director of Operations at Ob Hospitalist Group in October 2016. He has worked with OBHG programs in Arizona, including as Team Lead, and continues there in this leadership role. He is a graduate of George Washington University Medical School, received his MBA/MHA in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, and became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2011.

Dr. Toatley has held multiple leadership roles during his career, which has enabled him to:  act as a liaison for operational issues impacting the medical staff; focus on aligning and engaging the medical staff in efforts to deliver the highest standard of medical care; participate in the development and implementation of processes to ensure the highest quality of patient care, safety, and evidenced-based care; and participate in strategic and operational planning.
